Study on the Bi -Doped Barium Titanate Ceramics Preparated by the Method of Chemistry Precipitates

Abstract: Bi -doped Barium Titanate Ceramics with batter dielectric properties were synthesized by the method of chemistry precipitates. And several main factor of synthesis and the influence to dielectric properties of Bi -doped Barium Titanate Ceramics were studied, the micro -construction of material and the relationship of dielectric properties with micro -construction of material were analyzed by using the SEM and XRD.
