Abstract: This paper summarized the research and development on the ceramic cathode materials used in intermediate temperature SOFCs．These ceramic materials include pyrochlore－type A₂Ru₂O₇－δ、Ag－YDB（Y₂O₃ doped Bi₂O₃） and perovskite－type LSCF ceramics‚properties of these cathode materials and main problem existed in recent applications were emphasized．
