Present Status on the Microwave－Transmitting Ceramic Materials

Abstract: This paper introduced recent progress in studies of the microwave－transmitting ceramic materials and related research fields. The basic design principle was analyzed. The microwave－transmitting ceramics materials such as SiO₂Si₃N₄BN etc. were described and preparation of the transmitting ceramic was briefly introduced. The development trend in the transmitting ceramic materials was predicted at last.
