Abstract: YSZ solid elctrolyte membrane of 0 .2mm thickness was manufactured with two kinds of ZrO2 stabilized with Y2O3( YSZ) .The YSZ powder made with co -precipitation can be sintered at 1450 ℃, but the powder made with solid phase interaction must be sintered at 1580 ℃.The properties and morphology of YSZ materials was also researched .
