Photocatalytic Properties and Their Applications of Nanometer Titanium Dioxide

Abstract: The functions and mechanisms of hydrophilicity‚self－cleaning‚antisepsis and anti－fog of nanometer TiO2 resulted from the photocatalytic property are reviewed.The properties of  TiO2 for photocatalytic applications and the technology for the preparation of photocatalytic film on ceramic surface are introduced.The applications of nanometer TiO2 in antisepsis and selfcleaning are discussed.
