The Influence of Compositions on the Properties of Ceramic Capacitor Phenolic Resin Packing Coating Materials

Abstract: The influence of compositions on the properties of ceramic capacitor phenolic resin insulation packing coating materials (packing coating materials)has been investigated by means of orthogonal design experiments.The major‚secondary factors and the tendency of various factors’levels for the properties of phenolic resin packing coating materials have been obtained.At the same time‚the optimum formula for drying time and for dissoluent resistance have been obtained in the experimental conditions. The packing coating materials having optimum comprehensive properties has been obtained‚which have short drying time (6hours)and long dissoluent resistance time(56hours).The influencing mechanism of various components on the properties of packing coating materials is studied‚which shows the basis for preparation of ceramic capacitor phenolic resin insulation packing coating materials.
