Study on the Al2O3CERAMIC Plate Material Modifier for Ozonizer

Abstract: It was studied that the effect of dopats on ozonizer ceramic plate material in the papers．The relationship between the properties ‚such as density‚dielectric constant‚dielectric loss‚thermal conductivity and contents of MgO‚TiO2‚Y2O3‚MgTiO3‚ CaTiO3were discussed．The results show that fitter dopant is Y2O30.6wt％‚MgTiO30.2wt％‚CaTiO30.2wt％．
