Study the Effect of Technological Parameter on the Electrical Properties of tin Oxide NTC Ceramic

Abstract: The series diferent temperature coefficient tin oxide poly - component NTC ceramic which used between room temperature to 200 were sucssfully manufactured by using tin oxide , antimony oxide and frit. The electric properties which efected by different chemical component , firing and aging schedule were researched.
