Preparation of α－Al2O3nano－Materials by Sol Plasma Injection Synthesis

Abstract: The paper advances to prepare Al2O3 nano－materials by sol plasma injection synthesis‚based on the chemical propertise of Al(OH)3 sol and the special perfomance of it plasma flame‚thus solving the problem of precursor dissolubility which affects the efficiency of synthesizing nano－materials‚with a theoretical speed of 27.54g／min．By controlling aggregate with organic solvent to disperse sol and with twice calcination‚the powder ofα－Al2O3 is prepared with an average particle size of 20nm．
