Progress in BaTiO3- Based Reduction- Resistant Ceramics Applied to Mlcc

Abstract: Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors is a main class of chip electronic components and base metal electrode MLCC (BMEMLCC) has nowadays become the mains tream type.Accordingly,BaTiO3-based reduction-res is tant ceramic compos itions can be developed and they can cofired with nickel inner electrode in a reducing atmosphere, which is the key step of BMEMLCC.The paper summarized the reduction-res is tant mechanism of BaTiO3-based dielectric ceramic,methods of preparation and current evolution.
