Study on Properties of (Na1- Xkx)0.5Bi0.5TiO3 Around Mpb

Abstract: (Na1-xKx)0.5Bi0.5TiO3(NKBT)ceramics were prepared by conventional solid-state reaction.The dielectric los s tanδis less than 5%,the best piezoelectric cons tant d33=153 pC/N at x=0.22 and planar electromechanical coupling factor kp=0.299 at x=0.20 were observed. At the same time, the curves of dielectric permittivity vs temperature indicated that the sample is a typical diffuse ferroelectric.
