A Study on the Tape Casting Technique for Preparing Laminar Green Tape of Mo－（Fe－B）－Fe Mixed Powders

Abstract: Using ethanol－（methyl ethyl ketone） binary azeotropic mixtures as solventglycerol trioleate as dispersantpoly（vinyl butyral）as binderglycerol and di－n－octyl－o－phthalate as plasticizercyclohexanone as homogenizerthe Mo－（Fe－B）－Fe mixed powders have been made into tape casting slurry. The slurry possessed good technical properties such as homogeneous stable suspending. The laminar green tapes have been prepared using glass die and tape casting method. The laminar green tape possessed uniform particle distributioncompact structurecontrollable thicknessproper flexility and tensile strenth.The technical parameters and influencing factors of the technique have been studied．
