The Properties Study of 0－3 piezoelectric Composites Prepared by Extrusion Molding－Solidity

Abstract: 0－3 type piezoelectric composites prepared by extrusion molding－solidity is narrated in detail. Sample’s structure is investigated via XRD and SEM and its properties which are analyzed with HP 4294 are compared with piezoelectric ceramics.Besides ‚0－3 type piezoelectric composites prepared by this way is of low loss tangent‚the mechanical quality  factor 302‚piezoelectric D33 constant 32PC/N and mechanical couping coeffcient 25.11％.
