Computer Simulation of Atmosphere-Temperature Decoupling in Roller Kiln with Burning Gas

Abstract: Under the guidance of the thermal theory and the fuzzy control theory‚this paper aims to make research on the atmosphere-temperature decouple control in roller kiln with the aid of computer.The decouple controller are used to control the fuelmass-flow‚simultaneously the air-fuel ratio is used as the variable ratio coefficient to adjust the air-mass-flow‚the computer simulation results show that the atmosphere-temperature coupling is decoupled in gas roller kiln.
