Computer Simulation of Fuel Consumption Distribution in Roller Kiln for Ceramic Tiles

Abstract:This paper designed a general program for the calculation of energy consumption of roller kiln by using of VB system software. After the user selected different types of fuel, inputted different specifications of the kiln production specifications and the time of a firing cycle, we can get energy needs of each section. The simulation has got the result that we need.
