Abstract:Al2O3 ceramics with typical low-εr is very attractive for its important applications in microwave communication technology as the key materials for wireless local area networks, intelligent transport system, and GPS antenna. In this paper, recent researches on microwave dielectric properties of Al2O3-based ceramics and its influencing factors were summarized in detail.All these will provide a useful reference for the study on microwave dielectric properties of Al2O3 ceramics and make it more extensive application.
