Abstract: Through analyses of the sensitivity-concentration relation curve of a kind of chlorine gas sensors, a simple mathematic model was established, and a power function curves correcting circuit was designed based on this model. In this circuit a real-time analog computational unit AD538 was used for exponentiation of some noninteger power with values at interval (2.5-5). The results show that this circuit has good linearity and the relative accuracy is less than ±2%.
