Abstract: SnO₂ nano-materials prepared by sol-gel method and then doped with some additives were painted on the heatertype ceramic tubes to make sensors for test. It is found sensors doped with 10%TiO₂, 1%Sb₂O₃ and 1.5%AgNO₃ have high sensitivity, good selectivity and rapid responsibility to 10×10^-6(V/V) ethylene when the heat current is 120(250℃)mA.
