Abstract: Semiconductor type Cl2 sensor is a resistance type sensor with non -linear output. This paper introduces the performance on probe of Zn based Semiconductor Cl2 sensor, and designs the transmission circuit by using logarithmic and antilogarithm circuit. The result is linear output, the purpose is direct reading.
