The Humidity Sensing Mechanism of ZnCr2O4-V2O5-Li2OZnO Humidity-Sensitive Material

Abstract: The Humidity -Sensitive and conductive properties of ZnCr2O4-V2O5 -Li2O-ZnO were tested. Contradictory result of ZnZnCr2O4-V2O5 -Li2O-ZnO and H2O's conductance value showed up when the conductive properties of these two substances were compared. The Humidity -Sensitive principle of ZnCr2O4-V2O5 -Li2O-ZnO under moist state that could explain the contradiction was raised according to the separate tests of the Electronic conductance and Ionic conductance.
