Study on the Optical Limiting Behaviors and Mechanism of Fluorescent Phthalocyanine Doped Gel Glass Composite

Abstract: Two kinds of fluorescent phthalocyanine,zinc tetrasulfophthalocyanine (ZnTSPc) and gallium phthalocyanine chloride (GaPcCI),were doped respectively into silica gel glass matrix  by sol-gel technique.Homogeneous and transparent composites were produced and their fluorescent spectra and optical limiting behavior were examined.The  optical limiting mechanism of resaturable absorption is proved from the fluorescent emission.
