Abstract: SrBi₄O₁₅ ceramic powders were synthesized by molten salt synthesis method (MSS)and conventional solid phase process(CS). SrBi₄O₁₅ ceramics with oriented consolidation of anisotropic particles was prepared by template grain growth (TGG).In this study,tape casting technique was explored.Experiment results showed,the degree of orientation was higher when SrBi₄Ti₄O₁₅ ceramics was prepared by tape casting at 1200°C with SrBi₄O₁₅ ceramics powders synthesized by  MSS and CS at 900°C. However,  there are many  defects because  a large amount of organic solvents are added in the course  of the experiment. Dielectric property of SrBi₄Ti₄O₁₅ ceramics prepared by tape casting was the best.
