Progress in Study on TiO2-Based Solar Cells

Abstract: This article provides a comprehensive overview of current research of study on TiO2-based solar cells. In the first part of this orticle,the application,advantages and disavauw taqe of sdar cells are inetadvancde, materials in photovoltaic applications and their advantages&limitations.Subsequently,several normal types of TiO based solar cells are presented,such as organic dye-sensitized,inorganic low-bandgap semiconductor-sensitized and a new type of 3D configuration solar cells. We concentrate on the most work of organic dye-sensitized Ti02 solar cells.In the end, we briefly suppose the next work in the future.
