Microwave Dielectric Properties of Precursor Method Prepared (1- X)CaTiO3- XCa(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 Ceramics

Abstract: (1- x)CaTiO3- xCa (Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 ceramic system has been prepared by solids tate reaction method with ZnNb2O6 as aprecursor. The effects of the compos ition on crys tal s tructure and dielectric properties were inves tigated. When  the x value increased from 0.2 to 0.8, the dielectric cons tant decreased from 109 to 49, the unload quality factor increased from 8340 to 13200GHz, and the temperature coefficient decreased from 321 to - 18 ppm/℃ because of the tilting of oxygen octahedral in perovskite s tructure. When x=0.7, the optimal dielectric properties , a near zero temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of Tf≈- 5ppm/℃, Q×f≈11 500GHz and "r≈56 are obtained.
