Orthogonal Design for LaAlO3-SrTiO3 dielectric ceramics

Abstract:Based on LaAlO3-SrTiO3 system dielectric ceramics,the effect of the additive of SiO2﹑MnCO3﹑CeO2 and Pr6O11 on the performance of this system ceramic were studied by the orthogonal experiment. The LaAlO3 -SrTiO3 system dielectric ceramics was prepared. The result of XRD indicated that,the main crystalline phase of the prepared ceramics is LaAlO3 and SrTiO3, new phases are not discovered, and the additive form the eutectic species to lower the sintering temperature. The result of the orthogonal experiment indicated that the optimal content of SiO2,MnCO3,CeO2,Pr6O11 are 0.4,0.15,0.5 and 0.05(molar fraction) separately,and the optimal dielectric properties are obtained: εr=38.54,tanδ=1.28×10-4,αc= -18×10-6/℃.
