Abstract: Polymeric Precursor Method has become an important method for the preparation of microwave dielectric ceramics. In this paper, ZnTiO3 powders have been prepared as examples, and then the effects of the pH value, the molar ratio of  EG to CA, and the molar ratio of CA to metallic ion on the synthesis of ZnTiOcrystalloid have been investigated. When the pH of the solvent is 5~6, a light yellow gel was obtained; when the molar ration of EG to CA is 2, the precursor resin is porous sponge; when the molar ration of CA to metallic ion is 2, the quality of the ZnTiOpowders prepared from the precursor is optimized.

Keywords: polymeric precursor method, ZnTiO3, powder preparation
