Abstract: Expressions of ceramic sensory evaluation results including language, symbol and number are indefinite and imprecise. In this paper, a sensory evaluation data standardization model for ceramics was established based on the analysis of the sensory evaluation data from different experts, and the standardization of the sensory evaluation data was carried out on the premise of the smallest loss of information.
