Sound-Structure Analysis and Noise Control of Ceramic Polisher's Grinding Head

Abstract: In this paper, the causes of the construction ceramic polishing machine's noise have been analyzed, a noise reduction program has been put forward in accordance with the existing conditions and test equipments, the polishing machine's noise has been tested in ordinary circumstances and under water during working hours. Results indicate that adding water can reduce the noise of the working ceramic polishing machine, so the program is effective and practical.
