Abstract: The paper briefly introduced the grid division of finite element model of twin screw element for ceramic paste and elaborated the ceramic paste’s velocity and pressure boundary conditions in the anisotropy intermeshing twin screw extruder. Then, the variation of ceramic paste’s velocity and pressure in the anisotropy intermeshing twin screw extruder rotating at different speeds was observed through the numerical simulation.
