Abstract:An economy under a new normal is mainly characterized by “medium-to-high growth rate, optimal structure, new impetus and multiple challenges”, and university students’ entrepreneurship programs should be aligned with this new normal. This paper is to analyze the problems that students face when they’re trying to carry out their entrepreneurship programs in the context of a transforming economy under the new normal and puts forth solutions to these problems.
