Abstract: Single-tube loess-based ceramic support was prepared by solid particle sintering. The effect of different powder parameters loess on the properties of support in powder sintering was investigated. The microstructure of the finished product was characterized and its macro performance index was tested. The results show that the microscopic crystal phase was related to the shape, size and structure of the porous material, the crystal phases of the pure loess-fired support are mainly quartz, mullite and plagioclase. When the powder system with a median diameter of 26.42 μm was used to obtain the finished product, the median pore diameter was 3227.30 nm, the porosity was 21%, the flexural strength was 46.30 MPa, the water flux was 1080.78 L/(m2·h·bar), and the acid/alkaline corrosion rate was 0.04 %/0.05 %.
