Abstract: Solid oxide fuel cell, an all-solid-state chemical power generation facility with which chemical energy in the fuels and oxidants can be efficiently transformed into electric energy at a medium-high temperature, has the characteristics of high power generation efficiency and environmental protection. This paper analyzes the application trend, legal status distribution, technical leaders, technical composition and technical development route of domestic solid oxide fuel cells. The study shows that China's solid oxide fuel cell technology is developing rapidly, while the patents quality and patents management should be improved. Domestic technical leaders are mainly universities and research institutes, while foreign technical leaders are mainly enterprises. Domestic solid oxide fuel cells are mainly used in battery components, electrolytes, electrodes, battery stacks and battery systems. The development of domestic solid oxide fuel cell primarily relies on improvements in processes, structures, electrolytes and electrode materials.
