Abstract: The strategy of “One Belt and One Road” offers both opportunities and challenges for the development of the ceramic industry which will inevitably be involved in the effort to carry it out. Ceramic intellectual property rights are the lifeblood of the innovation and development for ceramic enterprises. Their protection will strengthen the international cooperation in ceramic industry. Under the background of “ One Belt and One Road” strategy, building ceramic intellectual property rights protection system is a complex systematic project, with each component supplementing and complementing each other so as to form a joint force.
