Modification Research Progresses of (Mg, Zn)TiO3 Based Microwave Dielectric Ceramics

Abstract: This paper covers the structure of (Mg,Zn)TiO3 solid solution. Diferent sintering properties and microwave dielectric properties of (Mg,Zn)TiO3 solid solution were introduced. The selection rules of perovskite τf compensators and low-temperature sintering additives are system discussed. The additives used in (Mg,Zn)TiO3-based microwave ceramics and the influences on the properties of materials were summarized. analysed and modified ways were summarized. At last, the problem and develop menttrends of (Mg,Zn)TiO3-based microwave ceramics were pointed out.
