Abstract: The Ba(Zr0.1Ti0.9)O3-Zn-Nb-Sm powder was prepared by sol-gel method, the barium titanate ceramics was prepared at different temperatures from 1260 °C to 1320 °C. The relationships among the phase compositions, microstructures, and dielectric properties of sintered ceramics were investigated with sintering temperature to increase. Samples of the phase and microstructure are analyzed by using XRD and SEM. The studied shows that samples are the perovskite structure and uniform grain size as well as met the Electronic Industries Alliance Y5V specifications and that room temperature dielectric constant was higher than 19384, and the ceramic at 1280 °C for sintering.

Key words: Sol-Gel; sintering temperature; Sm-doped; Y5V
