One-Pot Method for Co3O4/graphene Nanocomposite

Abstract: Different from the common used two-steps method for Co3O4/graphene composite, a one-pot method was given here. The phase,morphologies, distribution and electrochemical properties of Co3O4/graphene composite via one-pot method were investigated. Graphene was synthesized vir ball milling which avoided the properties decrease of graphene than Hummer method. In-situ hydrothermal method was used which induced fine dispersion of graphene and Co3O4. XRD results indicated that Co3O4/graphene composites were obtained. The diameter of Co3O4 is about 14 nm and the Co3O4nanoparticles were uniformly distributed on the graphene sheets. The specific capacitance value of the Co3O4/graphene composite reached 215 F∙g-1.
