Design of Intelligent Storage System for Ceramic Park Based on Industry Internet of Things

Abstract: This paper is aimed to present the planning and design of intelligent warehousing and logistics systems in ceramic parks based on the technology of industry internet of things. According to the analysis of the storage requirements, the original manual operation mode should be reformed in informationalization. Intelligent warehousing systems could only be realized through the integration of various aspects, including platform reservoir area planning, identification planning, warehouse location design, deployment of RFID and two-dimensional code equipment, overall architecture design of system hardware and software, implementation of system business process, software platform and so on. As the information system and hardware equipment are closely cooperated, the system flow can be optimized and the level of warehouse management will be improved.
