Abstract: EDXRF, XRD and PM were used to analyze Zisha raw materials from Huanglongshan and Zhangzhu in Yixing and Guangde in Anhui. The results show: these raw materials have higher Al2O3 and Fe2O3; all these raw materials have 24-36wt.% quartz, 27-31wt.% kaolin and 23-37wt.% mica, so they can be fired into Zisha wares without other additives; the quartz distributed uniformly in Huanglongshan raw materials with moderate sizes makes the appearance of Zisha ware sandy; aggregate-structure can be observed in Huanglongshan raw materials and becomes double-pore structure in Zisha ware.
