Abstract:Adding fused MnO.-CaF，Mineralizer into fine silicon powder can change its crystal structure and improve the amount of tridymite.thus can improve the kiln furniture's high temperature properties and prolonq its lifetime.The crystal structure and its amount were investigated with XRD technique.The kiln furniture's properties,such as bending strength,bending strength stability.porosity and water absorption.were tested.By the synthesis results.we can conclude that the best amount for MnO.-CaF.added was determined to be 2.0%.
