Abstract: The silverdoped TiO₂ nanoparticles were prepared with sol-gel method. The resulted materials have been characterized by XRD after heating treatment at dfferent temperatures. It was found that the anatase-to-rutile transformation of silver-doped TiO₂happened at higher temperature than that of pure TiO₂sample and the transforming process was promoted.
