Abstract:With its distinctive properties of electrochromism, photochromism, photocatalysis and gas sensing, MoO3 has been widely used in many functional materials. One -dimensional MoO3 nanomaterials possess both the intrinsic properties of MoO3 and the advantages of one -dimensional nanometer materials, greatly broadening the application of MoO3 semiconductor materials. This paper outlines the one -dimensional MoO3 nanomaterials, including nanowires, nanorods,nanobelts, nanotubes, and coaxial nanocables. The preparation methods of one-dimensional MoO3 nanomaterials are also introduced in this paper.
