Abstract: The university-enterprise cooperation programs in Jiangxi have developed new personnel training modes, made multiple breakthroughs in technological innovation, achieved fast developments of cooperative platform, and made remarkable contributions to the society. In order to promote the economic growth, it is necessary to deepen the cooperation between universities and enterprises which in turn will achieve breakthroughs in personnel training, technological innovation, social service and development of teaching staff capable of education and on-the-job training.
