Abstract: The influence of drying medium conditions, including flow rate, temperature and humidity, on drying effect of ceramic green body was studied. The drying media, with temperature of 70 ℃ and 75 ℃, humidity of 0% and 30%, and flow rate of 2 m·s−1 and 3 m·s−1, were selected to simulate the heat and mass transfer process during the drying of green body in 2400 s. It is demonstrated that, with increasing flow rate and temperature and humidity, the heating rate of the green body is increased, but it is reduced with increasing humidity.
