Abstract: This article discusses the connotation of the question of "capital" and "community": in terms of the essence of things, that is, the inherent stipulation, it is socialism and the king is capitalism; in terms of the objective and practical role of things, it is beneficial to society. Doctrine is still conducive to capitalism, that is, whether to engage in socialism or capitalism. The author believes that, from the perspective of the “state system” and “political system”, the reform is the last name of the “capital” and the “society”, and the system and the system are held separately. It is a difficult historical issue to absorb and utilize the advanced technology and civilization achievements of capitalism without changing the color of socialism. The "three benefits" are the criteria for judging whether our reform is socialism or capitalism, and they are also the criteria for judging the success or failure of reform and opening up. Only by emancipating the mind can we clarify the ideological confusion of "capital" and "she".
