Abstract: After investigating the development of politics, economy and culture in Late Tang Dynasty, Five Dynasties and Song Dynasty, the paper autlines the general situation of the politics and economy centring southward of the time. With this background, the. paper seeks Tor cause and finds that the rise of Jiangxi Cultural eminent persons in Song Dynasty is due to the politics, economy, geograph and human affairs of the time.
