Abstract: The influence of three kinds of common SrCO3 powder on the properties of semiconductivc grain boundary barrier layer capacitor (GBBLC) oncc fired in air was investigated by means of XRD. SEM and size analyzer. The results of expenment show that GBBLC's semiconducting is prevented when there is more accept or impuritics (e.g. Ca2+)Or / and scriouse agglomeratc in powder of SrCO3, and thus influencing the properties of GBBLC once fired in air.
