Abstract: The ZnO –B2O3 – SiO2 system were studied by means of different heat -treatment process and analysis of XRD、OTA and SEM. The crystallization process and crystallization kinetics of the system were characterized. The crystallized phases were Zn2SiO4 and ZnB2O4 and the activation energy of them were 628kJ/mol and 279kJ/mol respectively. Phase -separation was regarded as the main cause of glass crystallization. Also, the crystallization mechanism was discussed.
