The Binding Mechanism of Si02 Ultrafines and Zrsi04, Sic Ultrafines at Middle Temperature

Abstract: The microstructure of SiO2 ultrafines and its mixture with ZrSiO4, SiC ultrafines heated to 350℃ ~1200℃ have been studied in this paper. The results show that the major reason for higer middle temperture strength of the sample is the network chains formed by SiO2 ultrafines.
