Abstract:In this paper, the effect of pH value, dispersant and solid content on zeta potential and viscosity of silicon nitride slurry was systematically investigated, and a slurry with good stability and viscosity was prepared. The experimental results show that the stability of ceramic slurry is related to electrostatic steric stabilization mechanism and the dispersed stability and rheology property of the slurry are influenced by the pH value, dispersant and solid content. When the pH value is 10~11,the content of dispersant is 1wt% and solid content is 50wt%, a slurry with good performance can be obtained.
