Abstract: The evolution and developing preocess of Chinese Celadon is described in this paper, which boasts 2600 years since the middle of Shang Dynasty. It lays a stress on its prime period ———North Song Dynasty, and expounds the relation of Yao ware and Yue ware, the classification of North song celadon system, the origin and firing period of Jun ware, significance of porcelain in the Song Dynasty, Bianjing official kiln ware and its imitation ware, etc.
